By purchasing from Sticks & Stones, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

  1. All products are sold on a final sale basis with no refunds, except where required by law.

  2. Exchanges are provided solely at the discretion of Sticks & Stones and are subject to inventory availability.

  3. Preorder timelines are estimates; Sticks & Stones is not liable for production or shipping delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information. Sticks & Stones is not responsible for mis-shipments due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

  5. Sticks & Stones reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders, including preorder sales. All purchases are final sale once processed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky. While refunds are not available, we do allow size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

 

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sneakers must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are limited to available inventory at the time of request.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees for the new pair.

 

 

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price (excluding shipping).

 

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

 

If your sneakers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will work with you to replace the item or issue store credit

Pre Orders

All Sticks & Stones sneakers are sold through a preorder model. Each pair is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

 

  • Production & Shipping Timeline: Preorders typically require 60–65 days before shipping. Please allow this full period before inquiring about your order status.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
