• All sneakers are sold through a preorder model.

• Preorders typically require 60–65 days before shipping. This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to production schedules, supplier availability, or shipping delays.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

 

 

 

3. Pricing & Payments

 

 

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required in full at the time of preorder.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

 

 

 

4. Refunds & Exchanges

 

 

• All sales are final. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, except where required by law.

• Exchanges are allowed for size only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return and reshipment costs.

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sticks & Stones is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

• If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for an exchange or store credit.
