All sneakers from Sticks & Stones are made-to-order through our preorder model.

 

• Preorders typically require 60–65 days for production before they are ready to ship.

• Please allow this full production period before reaching out regarding your order status.

• Once production is complete, orders move into the shipping stage.

 

 

 

Shipping Window

 

 

• After production is completed, orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days.

• Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

 

 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Delivery times vary by destination, and Sticks & Stones is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
